Winter Rental Packages

These packages are available from November 15th to March 31st

Opal Rental Package Rate: $1,200

  • Full Rental of Venue on Friday, Saturday or Sunday

  • Limited Use of the facility for 5 consecutive hours between 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Renter is able to use the First Floor Inside, Deck, Shade Patio, Front Lawn Area adjacent to the ADA Ramp and Small Parking Area)

  • $600 is due at contract signing to reserve your date. (This is a non-refundable charge)

  • $1,100 is due 90 days before your event. (This includes a $500 refundable security deposit)

  • Certificate of insurance is due 90 days before your event

  • Additional hours may be purchased for $100 an hour

  • Outdoor Furnishings - Renter must plan directly with the Event Staff Leader for Set-Up. (If using CWC chairs or tables the Event Staff Leader will quote the Set-Up Services fee)

 

Pearl Rental Package rate: Rate $750

  • Rental of Venue on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday

  • Limited Use of the facility for 5 consecutive hours between 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. (Renter is able to use the First Floor Inside, Deck, Shade Patio, Front Lawn Area adjacent to the ADA Ramp and Small Parking Area)

  • $375 is due at contract signing to reserve your date. (This is a non-refundable charge)

  • $875 is due 90 days before your event. (This includes a $500 refundable security deposit)

  • Certificate of insurance is due 90 days before your event

  • Additional hours may be purchased for $100 an hour

What is included with All Rental Packages

  1. Large parking lot for guest parking

  2. Small parking area adjacent to the building can be used for parking or services such as a barbecue, taco cart, mobile kitchen, event tent or food trucks

  3. Designated area for the bar

  4. Use of a warming kitchen and a commercial refrigerator

Permissions granted to the client:

  1. Use of vendors of their choice including catering, floral arrangements, photography, videography, officiating, and other products and services

  2. Providing their own liquor. No bartender is required, but additional requirements apply

  3. Erection of an event tent in the small parking area

  4. Use of canopies and umbrellas with stands on hardscaped areas

  5. Use of standing outdoor heaters on hardscaped areas

  6. Use of the large parking lot as a designated smoking area

Use of all interior furniture including:

  • Dining table with three length choices: 8’, 10’ and 12’ (note The Old Homestead staff will adjust the table to the required length with prior notice)

  • Buffet table

  • Antique upright piano (note The Old Homestead will unlock with prior notice)

  • 4-foot round glass-topped rattan table

  • Other furnishing includes: 1 sofa, 2 large chairs, 8 side chairs, coffee table & end table

  • Sun-porch furniture includes: 2 wicker sofas, 4 chairs, coffee table and two end tables

  • Use of one 4-foot round sweetheart table to be used indoor or outdoor
