Venue Features

Garden Lighting

To ensure your event is special well into the evening we have provided lighting throughout our beautiful garden with up lights to highlight beautiful plantings and trees, pathway lights, banister lights and overhead string lights. We have also ensured that our electrical infrastructure will support your audio and video needs.

Inside The Old Homestead

The Old Homestead has a spacious open interior with lovely wicker furnishings, a large dining table, a buffet table, and an antique piano.

Outdoor Furnishings

Tables and white chairs are included with our packages. Our staff will set up and reset if necessary and break down all furniture at not additional cost to you. We do not supply linens.

Catering and Kitchen

You or your preferred caterer are welcome to use our cozy warming kitchen. The stove and oven are provided to reheat food, as cooking inside The Old Homestead is not permitted due to fire regulations. We do not provide catering or serving utensils.

Barbecue Area

We have a designated BBQ area which is large enough for a mobile kitchen, taco cart, or to park a food truck! We invite you or your preferred caterer to utilize this space for cooking at The Old Homestead. All vendors must bring grease proof tarps.
